Rational

The School Nutrition Association of Utah (SNAU) has experienced resignations of elected officers during their term of service. SNAU questioned the process of board appointed officers to fill these vacated elected positions. The proposed language gives guidance to SNAU to fill elected office positions in the event the office is vacated before the term is finished.
